Chalk up list of Bowen prize winners (Central Western Daily)- public speaking

Bowen Public School captain Gemma Chapman won an iPod as runner-up in the Safe Schools competition. STUDENTS at Bowen Public School have been recognised for their outstanding achievements at the annual presentation day. From across the board, awards were given in areas of public speaking, art, school involvement and academic excellence. She was runner-up in the nationwide Safe Schools competition, outlining why her school was a safe learning environment.
