Jothany Blackwood is dean of instruction of fine, performing and communication arts at Fresno City College. Jothany Blackwood is ready to share a positive message about life and how the choices we make determine how happy we become. The Fresno City College dean of instruction of fine, performing and communication arts will be the keynote speaker at Monday's Martin Luther King Jr. Day celebration in Hanford, sponsored by the Hanford chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. Blackwood, a native of Nashville, is a third- generation college dean and fourth-generation college educator. read more
