You have to be able to wow your audience from the start if you wish to be great at public speaking. Grabbing your audience's attention right away is a great way to start an introduction speech. Other examples of speech introduction may be when you tell your audience to take out a piece of paper and prepare to write down a list of the most important topics you will give in the speech. Listen to the experts around you to help learn how to start a speech, especially if you are new to public speaking. Having a great speech introduction and then giving your audience a reason to react to you is the key to presenting your speech. By doing this you'll find your ability at public speaking increasing and that you're gaining more speaking opportunities.
