After the 2007 loss of her husband, Indiana University football coach Terry Hoeppner, Jane Hoeppner could have avoided the public spotlight. Jane Hoeppner says her husband was the public speaker in the family, while she shied away from the spotlight. Hoeppner will speak at the Avon Education Foundation Community Breakfast on Thursday at Primo West Banquet & Conference Center in Plainfield. She agreed to talk to Indianapolis Star sports reporter Terry Hutchens for his book about her husband, "Hep Remembered," though she was ambivalent at first, she said.
