Speech and debate teams compete at LCCC (Wyoming Tribune-Eagle)- Topic: public speaking

Rampolla and his fellow sophomore Taylor Albert competed in public forum debate Friday. The team from Cheyenne's Central High is hosting the tournament, which continues today at Laramie County Community College. Public forum debate requires competitors to argue on one side of an issue and face off against a team arguing for the other point. On Friday, Central High students handled registration and worked at a tidy and well-organized table.
