Mientje Bramham, 16, is one of the youngest delegates to attend the Federal Government's youth summit next month. MIENTJE Bramham is one of the youngest of those chosen to attend the Federal Government's youth summit next month. But the 16-year-old Blackburn schoolgirl is confident she will hold her own among the 100 young Australians, including 20 from Victoria, named by Youth Minister Kate Ellis yesterday. She has volunteered with the RSPCA, Taralye school for the hearing impaired, World Vision's youth wing VGen and environment group Blackburn Creeklands, and earns pocketmoney by cleaning for her grandmother at a retirement village. read more
