Wedding Speeches History. Basic Tips to Deliver a Solid Speech Posted By : Mark Norris- public speaking

Weeding speeches can be traced back in history as far as ancient Greece, where Choricius of Gaza, a Greek philosopher, became famous for his beautiful speeches delivered to brides and grooms. Wedding speeches became an American tradition, where close friends and relatives greet the newlyweds. Today where most of the weddings are taped in DVD and later distributed to family and friends, It became necessary to better prepare such speeches in order to avoid pitfalls and future embarrassment. I have personally helped many brides, grooms, best men and maids of honor to give wedding speeches that are simple but yet effective and flawless delivered.
